Ba Huo Guan is the Chinese term for Cupping. This is an ancient technique used in Chinese Medicine that, over the centuries, has been updated and perfected to regulate the flow of Qi (energy) and Xue (Blood) in the body by stimulating blood and lymphatic circulation. This ancient technique, now highly appreciated both by celebrities and athletes, accompanied by specific manual techniques, allows the muscles to relax, treats localised adiposity and firms tissues.
